These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Crafts Software (the "Platform"), operated as a marketplace for software products created by independent authors. By creating an account or using this Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. What Crafts Software Is

Crafts Software is a marketplace connecting software authors with businesses and individuals looking for software solutions. We host listings, process discovery and purchase, and provide the infrastructure for delivery — but each product is created and owned by its individual author, not by Crafts Software directly, unless explicitly listed under our own name.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use this Platform.

3. Authors & Listings

Authors must complete identity verification and, where applicable, pay the one-time registration fee before listing products. Every product listing is reviewed before it is approved and made public. Crafts Software reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these terms, contains malicious code, infringes on intellectual property, or otherwise falls short of our quality standards.

A platform commission is deducted from each sale before the remaining balance is credited to the author's account, in line with the rate shown at the time of author registration. Author payouts are processed on the schedule shown on the author registration page.

4. Purchases

Prices are shown in USD or INR depending on your location, and are charged in that currency through our payment partners (Cashfree for India, PayPal internationally). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees or taxes.

Digital products are made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

5. License to Use Purchased Products

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product listing, a purchase grants you a license to use that product as described by its author — it does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying code to you. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing a purchased product without the author's explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform to: upload or distribute malicious software; infringe on any third party's intellectual property; attempt to bypass security measures; scrape or harvest data without permission; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Custom Solutions

Where a customer requests a fully custom solution outside the standard catalog, the scope, pricing, and delivery terms for that engagement will be agreed separately between the customer and Crafts Software or the relevant author, and are not covered by the standard listing terms above.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all listed products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafts Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any product purchased through it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
