Because Crafts Software sells digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase, our refund policy is necessarily different from a physical-goods store. Please read this carefully before purchasing.
General Policy
All sales are final once a digital product has been downloaded, as the product cannot be "returned" in the way a physical item can. We encourage you to review a product's description, screenshots, and any available demo before purchasing.
When a Refund May Be Considered
- The product is materially different from its listing description
- The product is non-functional and the author is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time after being contacted through our support channels
- A duplicate or accidental purchase, reported within 24 hours and before the product has been downloaded
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair to both customers and the authors who rely on this marketplace for their livelihood.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@craftssoftware.com with your order number and the reason for your request within 7 days of purchase. We'll review it and respond within a few business days.
Custom Solutions
Refunds for custom-scoped work are governed by the specific agreement made for that engagement, not this general policy.
Author Subscription Fee
The one-time author registration fee is non-refundable once an application has been submitted for review, as it covers the cost of the review and verification process itself, regardless of outcome.
